2024 ANNUAL EMPLOYEE MEETING

The company came together Saturday, February 17th, 2024 at the Alliance Center in Burlington, North Carolina to celebrate the accomplishments of 2023 and goals for 2024. This meeting is a time for all of our employees to join together and learn about the company’s recent performance, ongoing/upcoming projects, policy updates and more. We celebrated employees achievements, discussed a variety of topics, and spoke on the outlook for 2024. As a company, we came together to celebrate 50 years and had the pleasure of hearing from the founder, Mr. Tom Chandler, speak on the history of Chandler. The story of Chandler would not be possible without our incredible employees. A huge thank you to everyone that has made 50 years possible!
